Moveras' growing call center has immediate openings for a Customer Service Professional. Position involves answering inbound calls in a high volume call center. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual that will drive sales, process orders, respond to customer inquiries, manage customer escalations, and provide best-in-class customer support. This individual must also be willing to perform other duties as assigned, (i.e. faxing, filing & general administrative functions, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Field calls from customers placing orders, or inquiring about existing order status
• Provides customers and distributors with quotes/proposals
• Enters sales orders into the system
• Communicates in writing via email status updates to customers
• Generate and complete Quotes / Proposals
• Sends customers order confirmations
• Support team members during high peak/high volume call days
• Provides administrative assistance and management metrics as required to management

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months inbound call center/sales experience
• Demonstrated verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Computer literate

Hours:

8:00AM – 4:30PM
